Terms of Use

The short version

Admitted is an independent interview practice tool. It is not affiliated with ADEA or any dental school, it does not influence admissions decisions, and buying it does not improve your odds by itself — practising does. One payment gives you lifetime personal access. If it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 30 days.

1. What Admitted is

Admitted is a self-directed practice tool that plays interview questions aloud, records your answers on your own device, and reports measurable qualities of your delivery such as speaking pace, filler-word frequency and answer length. It also provides written coaching notes on each question.

2. What Admitted is not

3. Your licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Admitted for your own interview preparation, for as long as the product exists. You may not resell it, share your licence key, redistribute the question bank or study guide, or repackage the content as your own. Educational institutions wanting to use it with a cohort should contact us for a group arrangement.

4. Refunds

If Admitted isn't right for you, email hello@admitted.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't have to justify it. Refunded licence keys stop working.

5. Your recordings and your responsibility

Recordings stay on your device and are erased when you close the tab. Admitted cannot recover a session for you. If you want to keep a transcript, export it before you close. Only record yourself in a place where you're comfortable being recorded, and don't capture other people without their agreement.

6. Requirements

Admitted needs a modern browser with camera and microphone permission. Automatic delivery scoring requires speech recognition, which is currently available in Chrome and Edge and unavailable in some other browsers. Recording and playback still work without it. We are not responsible for browser limitations outside our control.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Admitted running and improving, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the product entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export anything you want to keep.

8. Liability

Admitted is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Admitted is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for admissions outcomes, lost opportunities, or consequential damages.

9. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent the licence check, extract the question bank for redistribution, or use Admitted to build a competing product. Don't use it in any way that is unlawful.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Contact

Admitted is operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME]. Questions, refunds, and anything else: hello@admitted.app.

Before you publish

Replace [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] with your real legal or business name and hello@admitted.app with an address you actually monitor, in both this page and the privacy page. If you sell to buyers in the EU or UK, add your governing-law and jurisdiction clause — a template service such as Termly or Iubenda covers this in a few minutes. These pages are a solid, honest starting point, not legal advice.
